Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, including items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery. Clearance and sale items are also non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@kitchenedgeappliances.store with details and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund once the claim is verified.
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need an exchange, please email us at info@kitchenedgeappliances.store with your order details.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.
